I'm with a laboring client, so I have to postpone the round-up until later. Here's a Cliff's Notes version:
Saturday, Monday, Wednesday: lifted heavy ("Define Yourself" A on Sat & Wed, B on Mon)
Tuesday: Bellydanced for well over an hour
Daily: walk, either just Rob and me or with the dog, about 30 minutes/day
My plan was to dance again on Thursday and Zumba or lift on Friday, then take Saturday to rest.
